A set of 4 knurled washers as found on Heavyweight Webb forks from the 20's and 30's. 
 
These are 1/2" ID and 1" OD with a straight knurled finish as per the originals. 
 
On Webbs only 4 washers were used. All on the top spindles as the bottom spindles had dampers on both sides.
