1. Shipping Costs
All product prices listed on our website are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout, based on your location and delivery method.
2. Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. However, as a small operation, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an item is made to order, this will be noted in the product description, along with estimated lead times.
3. Delivery Methods & Timeframes
UK Shipping - All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 working days after dispatch.
A dispatch confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has shipped.
Tracking numbers are available upon request.
International Shipping - We ship worldwide. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination but are typically between 5–14 working days after dispatch.
International shipping options and pricing will be shown at checkout. If your location is not listed, please contact us to arrange a custom quote.
4. Tracking Information
UK orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 include tracking — available by request. For international shipments, tracking may be included depending on the method selected during checkout.
