Kingpin Components Ltd is a UK-registered private limited company (Company Number: 15584369) operating as a small, independently run business. Due to our size and structure, some of our practices may differ from larger retailers. We kindly ask that you take a few moments to review the following before placing an order.

VAT

Kingpin Components Ltd is not VAT registered. Therefore, no VAT is added to our prices — the price you see is the final price you pay.

Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed via our website by selecting the items you wish to purchase and proceeding through the checkout.

We currently accept payment via:

PayPal
Debit and Credit Cards

All card transactions are processed securely via our payment provider. Payment must be received in full before any items are dispatched.

Customers in the USA

Following and Executive Order announced by the United States Government, as of Friday 29 August 2025 we, as sellers, are required to collect 10% customs duties on all items sold to customers based in the USA. These are then passed on via our shipping company - Royal Mail. You will see this 10% customs fee added at the checkout.

We welcome trade and wholesale enquiries. If you're interested in purchasing larger quantities of any of our products, please contact us to discuss pricing, availability, and delivery options.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock but expected back soon, it will remain visible on the website with a note on the product page indicating the expected restock timeframe. You may still place an order for these items, and we will dispatch them as soon as they become available.

If we do not know when a product will be back in stock or if it is likely to be unavailable for an extended period, the option to purchase it will be removed. If you're interested in one of these products, please contact us to be added to a waiting list, and we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Please note: as a small business with limited resources, restock times may occasionally be longer than those of larger retailers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
