Returns Policy

At Kingpin Components Ltd, we take pride in supplying high-quality, hard-to-find components. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Not Happy with Your Order?

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you're unhappy with anything you've received, please Contact Us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Eligibility

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • It is in a resalable condition

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price.
Please note: postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage (unless the item is faulty). We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as reasonably possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — including return postage — where applicable.
