Many original magneto castings were manufactured from Mazak, an alloy which can deteriorate with age, causing distortion, cracking and eventually complete failure of the component. Our replacement castings provide a long-term alternative for rebuilding otherwise serviceable magnetos, manufactured in LM25 aluminium alloy rather than reproducing the weaknesses of the original material. The range includes replacement castings for selected magneto types, with application and compatibility information provided on individual product listings.
